I will respond to your email promptly.
You will send me an email with your clean, scoped, and turn-in-ready transcript attached in PDF format, again verifying your deadline (date/time/time zone.) Transcripts received after 8:00 pm ET will be clocked in at 8:00 am ET the following day. These holidays will not be counted in the turnaround time: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
I will open the transcript ensuring that it has come through the PDF and email process in a readable format.
I will send you a Confirmation Invoice which specifies: the date the document was received, the deadline date and time, the number of pages, and the page rate.
Upon completion of proofreading, I return your PDF transcript with annotations in red and blue text and yellow highlighter. You will receive only the pages with annotations.
You will open your annotated transcript pages in the latest Adobe Reader and compare them to your transcript copy, making changes as you see fit.
As a courtesy, please email me after you’ve received and opened the transcript, so that I know that all is well on your end.
